Function nannou::mesh::raw_vertices

where
    M: Points,

An iterator yielding the raw vertices (with combined channels) of a mesh.

Requires that the inner mesh implements GetVertex.

Returns None when the inner mesh first returns None for a call to GetVertex::get_vertex.
